Ira Toyota of Orleans  is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Professional to our team.  With our state-of-the-art facility, unbeatable work environment, and industry-leading compensation, you'll have the tools and resources to thrive and reach new heights in your career.









Responsibilities






  • Greet customers promptly and build rapport to understand vehicle needs and preferences
  • Present, demonstrate, and test drive new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Guide customers through the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
  • Clearly explain pricing, features, and financing options
  • Follow up with leads (phone, text, email) to generate and maintain pipeline
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across inventory and current incentives
  • Work closely with finance and management to finalize deals
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI through consistent communication
  • Stay organized with CRM tools and accurately document customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics








Qualifications






  • Customer-Facing Sales Experience Required
  • Automotive Sales Experience Preferred
  • Professional Appearance
  • Positive & Friendly Attitude
  • Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License

The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $5,833 – $10,000/month
