We are currently seeking assertive, results-orientated individuals who have previous auto sales experience. The ideal candidate must have a proven work history in commission-based sales. Presentation skills and the ability to multi-task are critical to this position. Requirements: 

• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.  




• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 




• Strong Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. 




• Strong closing ability. 




• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through 




• Organized and strong phone and follow-up skills. 




• The ideal candidate must have a powerful desire to succeed. 




• Excellent customer service skills  

Responsibilities: 

• Sales Representatives spend time with customers at the showroom to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options 




• Sales Representatives commit to becoming certified experts and gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology 




• Maintain all required training  




• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles 




• Follow up with customers and return email / voicemail 




• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads by referrals
