Job Summary
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who wants to own the full customer experience—from lead to close. You’ll manage all used car sales and leasing transactions, generate your own leads, and handle paperwork and financing. It’s ideal for someone motivated by results, who loves working independently and building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of used car sales and leasing
- Respond to online inquiries and generate leads through listings
- Walk customers through financing options and close deals
- Maintain vehicle listings across platforms (Facebook, Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.)
- Handle all sales documentation and compliance requirements
- Ensure excellent customer experiences, generating repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive or commission-based sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline
- Ability to handle sales paperwork and financing
- Experience using online platforms to drive traffic and leads
