Automotive Sales Specialist

INFINITI of Chicago is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our growing sales team. We are looking for a professional who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a professional, friendly experience.
• Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend appropriate vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, technology, options, warranties, and available programs.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Respond promptly to phone, internet, and walk-in leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Use the dealership CRM system to track leads, appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity.
• Schedule and conduct customer appointments.
• Negotiate vehicle purchases professionally while working within dealership guidelines.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to complete transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, incentives, and manufacturer programs.
• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the entire sales process.
• Maintain contact with customers after the sale to encourage referrals, repeat business, and customer loyalty.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product presentations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent INFINITI of Chicago positively at all times.
• Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with no automotive experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor.
• Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers.

• Ability to work flexible dealership hours, including evenings, Saturdays, and weekends as required.
