Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

- Nurture enriching relationships to build customers for life 

- Understand customers' needs and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles 

- Negotiate and close deals with customers

- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

- Maintain knowledge on current automotive trends, features, and products

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience

- Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

- Proficient in using sales tools and computer systems

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver's license
