Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find the right vehicle, and driving sales through trust and expertise. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for serving other, and a desire to succeed in a high-energy environment, this is the place for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, building rapport and understanding their vehicle needs.
- Guide customers through the car-buying process with a consultative, no-pressure approach.
- Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle features to enhance the buying experience.
- Stay up to date on inventory, financing options, and promotions.
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to nurture relationships and encourage visits.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and professional showroom and lot environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to hit sales goals and provide top-tier customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales (preferred but not required)—we’ll train the right person!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus).
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a huge plus!
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
