A thriving, high-volume Toyota dealership is expanding and seeking two motivated Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to help us continue our success!

 Key Responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers on our lot or showroom floor  

- Listen to customer needs, recommend suitable used vehicles, and conduct test drives  

- Demonstrate vehicle features and explain benefits  

- Handle negotiations, trade-ins, and financing options  

- Close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience  

- Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships  

- Maintain knowledge of our used inventory and market trends  

- Competitive compensation: Uncapped commission-based earnings with potential for six figures for top performers (base/draw available for new hires)

- Ongoing training: No experience? No problem! We provide full training and support to help you succeed  

- No prior sales experience required – we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds (retail, customer service, hospitality, etc.)  

- Experience in automotive sales preferred but not mandatory  

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to succeed  

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and holidays.
