We’re looking for a motivated and customer-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our growing team. $60,000 – $140,000+ annual earning potential (base + commission; no cap on earnings)

Deliver an exceptional, high-energy customer experience in person, online, and over the phone
Develop expert-level product knowledge across all Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT models
Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and follow-up communication
Manage leads effectively using the dealership CRM system
Conduct test drives, present features and benefits, and guide customers through purchase and financing
Introduce customers to the service department and schedule their first maintenance visit
Maintain manufacturer certification through ongoing training and compliance
Passion for sales, customer service, and automotive products
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Previous automotive retail, dealership, or customer service experience preferred (not required — we’ll train the right person!)
