Are you passionate about cars and skilled in connecting with people both in person and on social media? Burlington Kia, a leading automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Salesperson/Social Media Creator to join our dynamic team.
This unique opportunity combines automotive sales with social media marketing and content creation. You'll work directly with customers to help them find their next vehicle while creating engaging content that showcases our inventory, dealership, and team across social media platforms.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging content.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Basic video filming and editing skills are a plus.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with vehicle selection, product information, test drives, and the overall sales process.
Build customer relationships, follow up on leads, and work toward individual and team sales goals.
Create engaging social media content featuring vehicle inventory, dealership promotions, events, and team highlights.
Film and edit short-form videos, reels, and other content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Stay up to date on social media trends and develop creative ideas to increase dealership visibility and engagement.
