JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule customer appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair services


• Coordinate workflow between service advisors, technicians, and parts department


• Optimize shop capacity and efficiency by managing the service calendar


• Adjust schedules based on cancellations, or parts availability


• Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction with scheduling processes

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer Proficient


• Valid Driver License


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
