Automotive Senior Master Technician

Oxmoor Ford is looking for a Ford Certified Service Technician to join our growing service team in Louisville, KY. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning .


• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and Ford factory standards


• Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment


• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications


• Communicate directly with service advisors to keep customers informed of additional service needs and provide accurate repair time estimates

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred


• Previous Ford dealership experience required; Ford Certification prefered


• B-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair


• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills


• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment


• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications 


• Steady hands, excellent hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail


• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude


• Positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow .


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Must provide own tools
