Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers with professionalism and care


• Accurately write repair orders and communicate customer concerns to technicians


• Provide timely updates and explanations of recommended services/repairs


• Ensure a positive customer experience from check-in to delivery


• Maintain strong knowledge of Toyota products, services, recalls, and warranties


• Work efficiently with Reynolds & Reynolds and other dealer systems

Qualifications

• Prior Service Advisor experience required


• Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles and service processes preferred


• Reynolds & Reynolds experience strongly preferred


• Proven ability to manage a busy workload with attention to detail


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
