Automotive Service Adviser - Urgent Hiring

ODE AUTO REPAIR & TIRE is a leading automotive repair and maintenance service center dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Adviser to join our team. As an Automotive Service Adviser, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong customer relationships and ensuring their automotive needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments for automotive services, ensuring efficient turnaround times
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose automotive issues
• Explain repairs needed to customers in a clear and concise manner, including cost estimates, timelines, and available options
• Create detailed work orders, including parts and labor information, for technicians to follow
• Monitor the progress of automotive repairs and communicate updates to customers in a timely manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Adviser or related role
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in computer software and systems used in automotive service centers
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology is a plus
