We’re Extra Mile Tire & Service, one of North Atlanta’s top-rated auto repair shops—and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor ready to earn $100,000–$120,000 annually in a fast-paced, professional environment.



What You’ll Do



  • Greet customers warmly and listen to their concerns



  • Build trust while recommending needed services and maintenance



  • Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians



  • Get customer approval and keep them updated throughout the process



  • Review completed repairs, process payments, and ensure satisfaction



  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house experience




What We’re Looking For



  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor (independent shop or dealership)



  • Knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and tires



  • Ability to use POS/shop software (we use industry-leading tools)



  • Strong people skills – friendly, honest, and great with follow-up



  • High school diploma or equivalent
