AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Description

 Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge is looking for experienced automotive service advisors to join their team! 
 

Responsibilities:

•  Ability to communicate clearly to customers  about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs. 
• Work with customers to schedule appointments, prepare service estimates, and sell maintenance services
• Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
• Inspects all vehicles for body work, informs customer if work is needed and provides an estimate for body work.
• Coordinate appropriate transportation for customers when vehicle is brought for service
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
• Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
