Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our dealership

- Listen to customer concerns and provide recommendations for services and repairs

- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle

- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction 

- Communicate with technicians to ensure all necessary repairs are completed

- Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed on each vehicle

- Complete Manufacturer required training  

Requirements:

- Integrity, a positive attitude, passion to succeed, and a willingness to learn. 

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs

- Proficient in computer software and systems

- Valid driver's license
