Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly peoples person, with great positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile for great customer service. Assisting supervisors to complete each task in a timely matter. Excellent communication skills. Part time and full time position are available. If you think you are the one, please apply.

Responsibilities

Check in customers

Invoicing customers

Schedule service appointments

Answer phone calls

Placing part orders

Advising customer concerns with best repair solutions

Requirements

Must have 3 years minimum automotive background

Be able to work well with others

Have great communication skills

Have Valid Driver License

Able to multitask

Finish each task in a timely manner

Compensation: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour

Concord Tire Center is a locally owned and operated automotive repair center and tire dealer. We are located at 1772 East St. in Concord, CA and serve customers from Concord, CA, Antioch, CA, Walnut Creek, CA, and other surrounding areas. We are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We pride ourselves on our reliable customer service and a staff of highly trained, experienced technicians. At Concord Tire Center, we want our customers to know that they can rely on us for accurate, knowledgeable, and friendly auto repairs and tire services. Concord Tire Center is staffed with experienced ASE-certified technicians.
