Automotive Service Advisor

Are you a customer-focused, results-driven Automotive Service Advisor with a passion for the industry?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience writing accurate and detailed estimates from start to finish, along with a proven track record in automotive service sales, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a top-notch service experience.


• Write comprehensive repair estimates from start to finish including explaining necessary repairs and services and ordering parts.


• Sell recommended services based on vehicle needs and customer concerns.


• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly.


• Communicate with customers about repair progress and status updates.


• Maintain detailed records of service transactions, and customer interactions.


• Contribute to the success of the team by meeting sales and customer service goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service advising, with hands-on experience in writing estimates.


• Proven ability to sell services and build customer relationships.


• Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, maintenance, and industry standards.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and following established processes.


• Experience with Tekmetric shop management software is a plus.


• A positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
