About the Role:

Join Central Avenue Automotive as an Automotive Service Advisor and be the vital link between our valued customers and our skilled technicians. In this dynamic role, you'll ensure that every customer receives exceptional service and expert automotive solutions in a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.

Provide accurate estimates and detailed explanations of services.

Schedule appointments and manage service workflows efficiently.

Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and service requirements.

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized service area.

Stay updated on industry trends and automotive technology.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training or certification preferred.

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in using automotive software and point-of-sale systems.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
