Automotive Service Advisor

Description of the Role:

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Colonial Chevrolet of Acton, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require maintenance or repairs on their vehicles. Your main responsibilities will involve assessing the customers' needs, providing accurate estimates, and coordinating the service schedule to ensure timely completion.

Great opportunity to be 1 of to advisors at a busy domestic shop.  Colonial Chevrolet is a long time established shop with a large customer base.  We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the team, with a great personality and wants to take care of our customers!  This is a five day work week and no weekends required!  

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to determine their vehicle issues and concerns


• Provide detailed explanations and cost estimates for service and repair work


• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure completion of work


• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any delays


• Handle customer complaints professionally and seek resolutions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive service advising preferred


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics and repair procedures


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
