Automotive Service Advisor

Immediate position available for an Automotive Service Advisor at a well-established, professional and busy auto dealership.  A strong sales background and/or automotive experience is a plus.  To be successful, an advisor must have quality customer service skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills.  The right candidate must also work well with employees and customers in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining professionalism.  

The advisor will work closely with customers, technicians and the shop foreman to determine any vehicle issues or concerns, a timeline for any repairs needed and any associated costs.
