Responsibilities 

• 
  

  This is arguably the most important position in our dealership. You are the communication bridge between our service team and the customer. You lead the complicated process of assessing customer needs and suggesting solutions, verifying coverage, preparing estimates, and verifying completion of repairs and maintenance. 

  
  


• 
  

  You ensure that our work meets the customers’ expectations, while obtaining necessary authorizations and approvals from insurance carriers, factory and aftermarket warranties. 

  
  

Requirements 

• 
  

  Multi-tasking in a very fast-paced environment, with a professional and friendly demeanor

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of automotive parts and engineering

  
  


• 
  

  Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is a huge plus

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and able to pass a drug screen
