Automotive Service Advisor

DePaula Chevrolet is looking for customer-service oriented professionals who are interested in a sales focused role as Service Advisors. Automotive Service Advisors act as the point of communication between the customer and technicians within our service department. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer incoming calls for service
Assign vehicles to technicians
Complete estimates and obtain authorization for work to be completed
Ordering parts
Complete final invoice and present the invoice to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction
Monitor pending work and communicate with various departments and customers as needed

Qualifications:

Previous sales or customer service experience 
Valid driver's license in good standing
Computer-literacy and willingness to learn new programs
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills, in-person and over the phone

Expected Annual Compensation:
$50,000 - $85,000
