Automotive Service Advisor

Description of the role:

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Twin State Ford in Saint Johnsbury, VT, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth interactions between customers and our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle service needs


• Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on customer concerns


• Schedule service appointments and manage service department workflow


• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes

• Competitive compensation $60,000.00 plus per year, paid weekly based on experience
