Automotive Service Advisor

As an All Around service consultant, you help educate our clients on the importance of proper maintenance while creating a service and repair plan that meets their vehicle and financial goals. Combining the latest technology and our unique approach to vehicle service, our team builds long-lasting client relationships that allow us the privilege to be their only place for their vehicle needs.

Key Duties:

• Develop and foster client relationships


• Create and maintain a service plan that aligns with the client's vehicle ownership and budgetary goals


• Provide clients with a complete written estimate for repairs and services


• Schedule service appointments that align with clients' and technicians’ schedules


• Set, maintain, and exceed all client expectations


• Communicate with clients to keep them updated throughout the repair process


• Worry about the client's car so they don’t have to!

Required attributes:

• Valid driver license


• Reliable transportation


• 1-3 years of sales/service consulting experience


• Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to details

Preferred experience:

• Experience using Shop-Ware


• Experience using Autovitals


• Experience using Slack
