What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and serve as their trusted guide through the service process.


• Communicate clearly about maintenance needs, repairs, and costs with honesty and professionalism.


• Build confidence by keeping customers updated and ensuring timely follow-through.


• Collaborate with technicians and parts teams to provide accurate estimates and exceptional service.


• Drive CSI scores by turning every visit into a positive, memorable experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Prior service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
