Automotive Service Advisor

Mark Kia in Scottsdale is currently seeking a service advisor to join our high volume dealership. 

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work


• Greet customers, inspect their vehicle and answer questions.


• Advise customers on necessary/suggested repair options and costs.


• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions


• Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work


• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur


• 
  Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
   

Qualifications - Service Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor and Dealership experience is preferred


• General automotive operational knowledge 


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Good computer skills and work ethic


• A positive attitude and professional appearance


• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


• Valid driver's license


• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen


• Must be able to work Saturday's
