We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can translate “car problems” into clear solutions, keep customers informed, and work seamlessly with our technicians to deliver an exceptional experience, every visit.  If you love helping people, can juggle a fast-paced day, and know your way around a service drive (or are eager to learn), this could be your next great move.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers like a pro and guide them through the service process


• Listen, diagnose concerns, and recommend maintenance and repairs with confidence


• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers


• Write repair orders, explain estimates, and review completed work


• Build trust, loyalty, and long-term customer relationships


• Keep things moving smoothly in a busy, high-energy service department

What We’re Looking For:

• Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)


• Strong communication and people skills—you genuinely enjoy helping others


• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking


• Tech-savvy and confident using computers and dealership software


• A team player with a positive attitude and professional presence


• Sales-minded, but customer-first—always


• At least 21 years of age


• Have a valid driver’s license
