Job Description - Automotive Service Advisor

Service Advisor – Hyundai (Monday–Friday, No Weekends!)

Location: Cottonwood, AZ

Are you a Service Advisor who loves the fast-paced nature of the automotive industry but hates the "big city" corporate politics and the soul-crushing 60-hour work weeks?

We are looking for a dedicated Hyundai Service Advisor to join our team in beautiful Cottonwood. We operate differently here: we prioritize our guests above all else, and we prioritize our employees' quality of life.

The Role

As our Service Advisor, you are the face of the dealership. You aren't just selling service; you are building trust. You will act as the vital liaison between our Guests and:

The Manufacturer (Hyundai)

Extended Warranty Companies

Insurance Providers

Who You Are

Customer First: You believe the guest is the most important part of our business. You possess an empathetic, "owner" mentality when it comes to solving problems.

The Expert Communicator: You can translate complex mechanical needs into easy-to-understand terms for the guest while navigating the technical requirements of warranty and insurance claims.

Experienced: Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred. Familiarity with Hyundai systems or warranty processing is a major plus.

Driven: You take pride in your accuracy, your CSI scores, and your ability to keep the shop flowing smoothly.
