What You'll Be Doing:

- Building trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their vehicle needs

- Serving as a knowledgeable, proactive advisor—ensuring smooth repair and service experiences

- Coordinating with technicians and following up with customers

- Keeping clear, accurate documentation per department and warranty guidelines

- Using your multitasking and time-management skills to thrive in a dynamic shop environment

- Brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others

- Communicates clearly and effectively with both customers and teammates

- Has strong computer skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities

- Maintains a polished, professional presence

- Holds a valid driver’s license
