Compensation: $65,000 – $100,000+ per year
Base Salary + Weekly Commission + Monthly Performance Bonus

Szott Automotive Group is hiring an experienced dealership Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department.

Dealership Service Advisor experience is required. This is NOT an entry-level position.

We are looking for a professional who can step into a busy service lane, manage repair orders, and maximize service sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR) / Stellantis dealership experience are strongly preferred but no applicant with excellent experience will be overlooked.

Compensation & Pay Plan

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities

• 
  

  Greet customers in the service drive and provide a professional dealership experience

  
  


• 
  

  Write and manage repair orders (ROs)

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend maintenance services and necessary repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Provide estimates for parts and labor

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with technicians and shop foreman

  
  


• 
  

  Manage customer-pay, warranty, and internal repair orders

  
  


• 
  

  Update customers on repair progress

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong CSI scores and customer retention

  
  

Required Experience

• 
  

  Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership REQUIRED

  Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) / Stellantis experience preferred
