We are a high-volume, customer-focused automotive dealership seeking an experienced Service Advisor who can deliver an exceptional guest experience while maximizing service department performance.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a professional service experience
• Accurately write repair orders and document vehicle concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to maintain high CSI scores
• Maintain strong sales performance while providing accurate and honest recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Automotive dealership service advisor experience preferred
• Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair services
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license
