As the vital link between our customers, our technicians, and our digital management systems, you will ensure every vehicle receives the highest standard of care. Your daily impact includes:
Building Trust: Acting as the primary liaison to ensure customer needs are understood by technicians and repair recommendations are clearly explained to clients.
Strategic Planning: Developing accurate estimates for labor and materials, verifying warranties, and managing service contracts.
Digital Proficiency: Navigating our service database with precision—preparing repair orders (RO), maintaining detailed digital records, and managing manufacturer warranty documentation.
Customer Advocacy: Keeping clients informed on service progress, expenses, and special offers.
Technical Literacy: Computer skills and systems knowledge are a must. You should be comfortable utilizing automotive software and digital databases to ensure operational efficiency. Your ability to navigate different computer systems, Office 365, Dealertrack as well as GM Global Connect and MFA protocols is a must.
Industry Expertise: Previous automotive experience is required to navigate technical conversations and find the best solutions for our customers.
Dealership Insight: While not required, one year of dealership experience is highly preferred.
Professionalism: You must hold a valid Driver’s License and be at least 18 years of age.
Dedication: This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule and weekend availability.
