Service Advisors are true professionals who create, manage and resolve all of our customers' concerns.  They create and maintain the experience ensuring that all details are addressed and the experience is a positive one. The advisor doesn't mind reaching out to customers and stepping completely into the conversation to help people resolve their concerns. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but strong experience with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality will definitely enhance your experience in the service drive!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee your own workflow. Ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service for their vehicle.


• Routinely and systematically keep ALL of your customers informed on a regular basis.


• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring the highest level of service.


• The Service Advisor is the expert at the maintenance and care of a customer's car.


• The advisor will:
  
  
  
  • Ensure customers receive the automotive services they request.
  
  
  • Present any additional services recommended by the manufacturer.
  
  
  • Help identify the benefits and value of proper maintenance.
  
  
  • Properly and timely communicate customer concerns and repair requests to technicians.
  
  
  • Promptly keep the customer informed of the status at predetermined and as-needed times.
  
  
  • Present estimates and document customer approval.
  
  
  
  


• Understand how to manage multiple (sometimes conflicting) competing deadlines.

• Other tasks as requested from a supervisor or manager.

• Possess an acceptable driving record and current valid driver's license. (Interested candidates must meet standards set by our insurer.)
