Automotive Service Advisor

In this role, you will guide customers through the service and repair process, working closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality vehicle care. This is an opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic automotive environment.

Full-time position | Commission-based pay plan (uncapped earning potential)

What You’ll Do
• Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments to ensure an efficient service experience
• Determine vehicle needs based on customer feedback, vehicle inspection, and current mileage
• Produce repair orders including cost and time estimates with full transparency
• Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
• Provide updates to customers on vehicle status and service progress
• Deliver a high level of customer service from arrival through completion of services

What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
• General computer proficiency required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Schedule & Work Environment
• Our Service Department is open Monday–Friday 7AM–6PM and Saturday 7AM–5PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above.
• Onsite role in Scottsdale, Arizona
• Dealership environment requiring both indoor and outdoor work in the service drive
