What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Greet customers and manage the flow of service appointments in the drive lane

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear and accurate communication

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable interactions

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in line with company standards

  
  


• 
  

  Answer technical questions related to vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Efficiently assign and distribute repair orders to technicians

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns and ordering parts as needed

  Oversee warranty claim submissions and help train and guide service department staff

  Ensure all work complies with dealership policies and industry regulations

  Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and team members
