Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport

- Listen to customer concerns 

- Provide clear explanations of repair and maintenance options

- Prepare and review repair estimates with customers

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery

- Maintain detailed and accurate service records

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships

- Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and service procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Advisor or Service Writer

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

- Flexibility to work the second shift hours of 2 PM to 9 PM, including Saturdays

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
