What You’ll Do

• Greet customers professionally and create an outstanding first impression.


• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.


• Write repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.


• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections and repair progress.


• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.


• Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.


• Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance based on vehicle needs.


• Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain completed repairs.


• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.


• Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.


• Schedule future maintenance appointments.


• Work closely with the service team to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or dealership experience preferred.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend maintenance and repair services.


• Excellent organization and time-management skills.


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Basic computer proficiency.


• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.


• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
