What You’ll Do:

• 
  

  Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs

  
  


• 
  

  Provide accurate estimates and timelines

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly with technicians and customers

  
  


• 
  

  Manage repair orders and follow-ups

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Automotive knowledge and/or service advisor experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Customer-focused attitude

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with service software (Dealer Track and My Karma) a plus
