Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their automotive service needs.


• Provide accurate and clear communication regarding vehicle service recommendations, pricing, and timelines.


• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.


• Work closely with technicians to relay customer concerns and provide updates on vehicle repairs.


• Maintain detailed service records and process billing and payments accurately.


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues in a timely and courteous manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related customer service role in the automotive industry.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to understand basic automotive technical information.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proficiency with computer software, including scheduling and billing systems.
