As an Automotive Service Advisor at Wynne Ford, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service team. Your role is to ensure that every customer receives exceptional service by accurately diagnosing their automotive needs, providing clear and honest estimates, and coordinating with our technicians to deliver timely repairs and maintenance. You will play a key role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty while driving the service department's operational success.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and warmly when they arrive for service appointments.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and describe vehicle problems accurately to the service team.
- Provide detailed estimates, discuss service options, and explain necessary repairs clearly and professionally.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service lane workflow efficiently.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status, approvals, and post-service feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and vehicle service history.
- Work collaboratively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality and timely service.
- Promote additional services and products that benefit customers and align with dealership goals.
- Maintain NPS scores at or above company standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate with technicians, customers, and management.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision

Compensation range: $36,000 - $70,000 per year
