They are well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners in the service drive line to explaining the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow in the service Drive Lane. 
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that help the dealership make a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' times is consistently presented to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently

Must Have Qualifications

• Organized and friendly personality
• Minimum 2+ years of prior experience as a Service Advisor/Writer
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
