If you enjoy building trust with customers, keeping a shop running smoothly, and being the communication hub between technicians and guests, you’ll be a great fit here.

What You’ll Do as a Service Advisor
Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience

• Write repair orders with accuracy and clarity
• Communicate with technicians and relay recommended services
• Source parts, manage workflows & maintain shop organization
• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
• Support sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction

 What You Bring

• 1–3 years of Service Advisor or customer service experience
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep the shop moving
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes
• A team-oriented mindset and desire to grow
