This position supports multiple shops across Northern San Antonio, helping deliver exceptional customer service while preparing you for long-term growth within our network.

District Location: Northern San Antonio
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Monthly Incentive Plan
Mileage Reimbursed for travel between shops

What You’ll Do

• Support multiple shops by delivering top-tier customer service
• Greet customers, communicate repair needs, and coordinate with technicians
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
• Help drive shop performance through service excellence and sales

? What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role
• 1+ year of experience in a sales role or demonstrated ability to sell
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel between shops (mileage reimbursed)
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• High school diploma or GED
