Twin Falls Chevrolet, the Magic Valley's #1 Volume Chevrolet Retailer and Home of the $59.95 Oil Change, is hiring a customer service focused Service Advisor. More than anything else, this job is about taking care of people. Every guest who pulls into our service drive should leave knowing they were told the truth, charged fairly, and treated like the work on their vehicle actually matters. Because it does.


Do that well and the CSI takes care of itself. Our advisors don't chase survey scores. They earn them by being honest, organized, and easy to trust. If you've ever stayed an extra fifteen minutes to walk a nervous customer through what their tech found, or called someone back the next day just to make sure their truck was running right, you're already doing this job in your head.

What You'd Actually Be Doing


A typical day looks like this:



  • Greeting customers at the drive, doing real walk-arounds, and writing repair orders your techs can actually work from

  • Reviewing multi-point inspections with your techs and turning "needs attention" into a clear conversation: what's urgent, what can wait, what it costs, and what happens if they skip it

  • Presenting recommendations honestly. We don't sell brakes that don't need replacing. Ever.

  • Selling the maintenance that genuinely keeps a vehicle healthy, the reason folks keep coming back for that $59.95 oil change, never padding to hit a number

  • Coordinating with parts and the techs to keep ROs moving and guests in the loop

  • Following up during the day, calling back after the work is done, and building real relationships instead of relying on auto-texts

  • Hitting your hours-per-RO, CSI, and gross targets without compromising how you treat people


You'll work alongside our Service Manager, service team, parts team, and technicians.


The Pay
Base plus commission on labor, parts, and customer-pay service. Your earning potential is uncapped, and because we keep the drive busy, there's real room to grow it. Take great care of people and it pays off twice: your CSI and your paycheck climb together. We'll walk you through the full pay plan, with real numbers, in the interview.

Who We're Looking For
This is a job for someone who's already done it. You should know how a service drive actually works, what healthy hours-per-RO looks like, and the difference between a guest who needs information and one who needs reassurance. You should be able to look at a multi-point and a tech's story and tell us, before the customer even asks, what the customer is going to ask.


Backgrounds that tend to do well here:



  • Chevy or GM service advisors looking for a busier store and a better pay plan

  • Advisors from other brands (Ford, Ram, Toyota, Honda, and the rest) ready to make the jump

  • Import or domestic advisors with strong CSI and a real handle on customer-pay work

  • Quick-lube or express-lane leads ready to step up to a full dealership drive

  • Lane managers or assistant service managers ready to get back on the drive


Beyond the experience, you'll need to:



  • Communicate clearly and honestly, especially when the news isn't great

  • Stay organized under real volume. The drive doesn't pause for paperwork.

  • Hold the line on integrity. We don't upsell what doesn't need fixing, and our techs trust us not to put them in a bad spot.

  • Carry a valid driver's license with a clean record
