Hiring Immediately, Automotive Service Advisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED.   Candidates must have a valid license with a clean driving record.  Applicants need the energy and ability to work on their feet.  Seeking individuals with solid computer skills (using a point of sale system, MicroSoft Office, etc) and excellent communication skills.  Only candidates with integrity, a positive attitude, passion to succeed, and a willingness to learn and grow will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write up repair orders for customers
  


• Document all concerns and present service options to customers
  


• Answer incoming calls and set customer appointments
  


• Greet customers as they enter our shop
  


• Outbound Calls for recent appointment follow up
  


• Assist with writing, booking and cashiering of customer repair orders.
  


• Additional Service Department responsibilities as assigned.
