Automotive Service Advisor - Group 1 Honda Greenbelt

Group 1 Honda Greenbelt is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building customer relationships, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience. 

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

• Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
• Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $4,166–$6,833.
