Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their service experience
• Clearly communicate vehicle service needs, recommended maintenance, and repair timelines
• Translate technical findings from technicians into understandable, value-driven recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians, parts departments, and other advisors to ensure smooth service operations
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with customers throughout the service process
• Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and efficiently
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                  o Accrual begins on your first day.

                  o Accrual schedule:

                           0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked

                           3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.
