About Us

Pat’s Automotive is a leading independent auto repair shop specializing in Tesla vehicles. We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and provide top-notch customer service while managing repair estimates and scheduling.

What You’ll Do

• Work an 8-hour shift starting at 8:30 AM Eastern Time
• Build at least 8-10 estimates per day with accuracy and detail
• Communicate with customers about their estimates, repair needs, and service updates
• Assist customers professionally
• Work closely with the in-shop team to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and repair recommendations

What You Need to Succeed

 Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair setting (independent or dealership)
 Strong customer service & sales skills – friendly, professional, and empathetic
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Highly organized & detail-oriented – able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
 Technical knowledge of automotive repairs & estimating software 
 Self-motivated & proactive – able to stay productive without direct supervision
 Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!)
