We are seeking a top-performing Service Advisor to join our growing team. At Moss Motors, we represent Mercedes-Benz and BMW, and we are proud to deliver the highest level of customer service. We are busy year-round and have doubled our customer pay labor sales, so you’ll step into a thriving environment with plenty of opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers like friends and honored guests


• Communicate clearly and effectively (verbal, non-verbal, written, and electronic)


• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles


• Accurately open and close repair orders while following all guidelines


• Continuously learn and improve individual skills


• Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
